Chester is a fantastic city steeped in history and culture. You can view and walk the City walls or visit Britain’s oldest amphitheatre or just pop next door to the Grosvenor Museum. Why not stroll along the River Dee or take a boat? Chester has a wealth of shops, boutiques and restaurants for you to explore. There are many events during the year, including regular race meetings, literary festivals and a bustling Christmas Market. If you wish to go a little further afield why not shop at the Designer Outlet Village, visit Chester Zoo (England’s largest) or take a trip to the stunning scenery on our doorstep in North Wales.
